AREN DODGE
REGISTERED DIETITIAN
Aren Dodge is a registered dietitian who grew up on a small farm in West Virginia, where she developed a deep appreciation for how Farm to Table concepts optimize health & prevent chronic disease.
As mother of two, Aren has expanded her focus towards child feeding and health prevention, particularly for students. Recently, she co-sponsored a Title IV grant that provides school districts with resources to educate students on healthy eating choices, helping to shape the future of student wellness.
Because of her own severe food allergies and living with Type 1 diabetes, she is passionate about inclusivity for specialty diets for all students.
Aren loves spending time with her family, being outside in nature, foraging wild mushrooms with her two dogs, and her husband Jeff’s cooking. She also finds great joy in helping others.
